Anxiety is a global issue that affects around 264 million people worldwide, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The impact of anxiety on individuals and society as a whole is significant. It can affect a person's ability to function in daily life, enjoy and nurture meaningful relationships affecting their overall quality of life. In addition, anxiety disorders are associated with an increased risk of other health conditions, including depression, and substance abuse.

But there is good news - there are effective treatments available for anxiety, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. This Managing Anxiety Workshop will teach you how to use these techniques to manage anxiety and improve your mental health.

By taking part in the Managing Anxiety Workshop, you'll be joining a growing number of people who are taking control of their mental health and learning how to manage anxiety effectively. You'll develop a greater understanding of what anxiety is, what its symptoms are, and effective coping mechanisms. The workshop is divided into three modules, each of which will arm you with the knowledge and skills you need to not just overcome anxiety, but anything that may come your way. Each module contains breathing exercises, and you will also receive a workbook to help you restructure your thoughts. As you will learn, thoughts create feelings which create behavior so learning how to master your thoughts is the first step towards mastering anxiety. Thanks to your beautiful brain’s neuroplasticity, it is absolutely possible to rewire your brain if you practice the tools you find here.

That's not all - the Managing Anxiety Workshop also includes a trauma informed vinyasa flow somatically designed to release anxious energy from the body AND a crystal singing bowl sound healing meditation.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety most of her life, I know firsthand what it feels like to live with such a crippling ailment. I also know what it feels to reframe and manage my relationship with it to such a degree that it no longer impacts my life as negatively. The resources presented in this workshop have worked for me and my clients, and I'm sure they'll work for you too. You will learn breathing exercises, mindfulness tools, and that everything you need already exists inside you. Taught in an encouraging way, you will finish this workshop absolutely buzzing from the inside out.
